This morning Microsoft published a post on Xbox news providing further details on the Xbox Series X.
The Xbox Series X will come 1TB custom NVME SSD with the option to add an additional 1TB, 16 GM of GDDR6 RAM, a 12 TFLOPS GPU and a CPU @ 3.8 Ghz. Digital Foundry have published detailed posted on the specifications.

And that Gears 5 for Xbox Series X runs on full PC Ultra spec, and that the game already runs at 100fps and the team is investigating run the game at 120fps for multiplayer modes. This will be available at launch of the Series X.
Other news was the continued commitment to back compatible for the Series X and Xbox Velocity Architecture which features tighter integration between hardware and software to optimize the streaming of in game assets.
